Worked as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for 20 years, previously worked in various manufacturing roles including Quality, Six Sigma – Problem solving, cost reduction and improved production techniques, Potential Failure Mode Effects Analysis, and Six Sigma lean manufacturing.
I hold the level 6 NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma,
I am a Graduate member of IOSH and a member of IEMA.
I have worked in a variety of different industries including a Tier 1 Automotive supplier, plastic injection moulding, structural buildings and products, composite panel manufacturing, Powder coating and painting.
I have implemented documented systems to gain accreditation to ISO 45001, 14001 and 50001.
Don Graham
Principal Trainer
Don spent 31 years in the RAF in different positions including Station Commander of an RAF unit in South Yorkshire where he assumed the role of a large company CEO with operational and budgetary control of a military unit and accompanying health, safety and welfare responsibilities for servicemen and women, their families, and civilian workers.
As a senior staff officer, he lectured on health and safety and management skills at the RAF College Cranwell and the Officers’ Command School Henlow.
His specialist areas within RSM are the motor industry, engineering, manufacturing, leisure & tourism, retail/distribution & the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations
He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a CIEH Professional Trainer & PTTLS Level 4 qualified.
We also have a team of Health and Safety and Environmental specialists
